01. 3-D will make every effort to start your job when scheduled. Please note that normal delays may cause your
start date to be adjusted.
02. 3-D will inform you of all schedule changes in a timely manner.
03. Once your job has started it will receive our full attention until completed.
04. 3-D will not leave your job partially completed to work on another job. With the exception of minor
service calls that may arise from previously completed jobs.
05. 3-D will pay all subcontractors and material suppliers in full and no liens will arise as a result of lack of
payment to these companies.
06. 3-D will use only qualified, established, licensed and insured subcontractors.
07. All work will be completed to the highest standards of Quality.
08. Any deviations from the original plan or contract will be approved by you prior to the commencing of this
work.
09. 3-D will treat you with respect and provide you with honest and accurate information related to your project.
10. 3-D will complete all work per the current building codes.
